Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons vegan margarine (I use Earth Balance)
- 1/3 cup soymilk (or almond milk, sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (I use organic.)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or cane juice crystals)
- 2 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
