The Best Vegan Chili
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/2 bell pepper (chopped (I used yellow))
- 13 oz Gardein original meatless ground (crumbled)
- 2 cans tomato sauce ((15 oz cans))
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes ((15 oz can))
- 1 can dark kidney beans ((15 oz can))
- 1 can black beans ((15 oz can))
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Place chopped onion and bell pepper in saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Saute until onion is nearly clear, and water is cooked off. Add Gardein first, then remaining ingredients. | |

Serve hot with your favorite vegan cheese (Daiya, in my case). |
