  • 1 large banana I used fresh, but you can use frozen for a thicker smoothie, you just might need a little extra almond milk.
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk (sweetened or unsweetened)


  • Add all ingredients to high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Enjoy it cold, with a spoon!
